Hope you're well, thanks again for writing Destron's travels. During all that time, the only character afforded a chapter of her own is Emette. That... really says it all; they loved each other once, and even the Scourge can't erase the memory of those shared years. Realistically there could be no other conclusion, but I still dared to hope.

Here's to tears shed. She must've properly cared about him if losing him got to her so bad (although there was, of course, all the other apocalyptic destruction going on at the time), and you could definitely tell why he liked her so much.

These shiny, very atmospheric little night time screenshots just added to it.Kendrixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03502596942918893445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8564585184157117409.post-81483353097153326922012-12-31T12:11:10.262-08:002012-12-31T12:11:10.262-08:00I came to this really late in the game. Read an article on WoW insider about you when you started to write again, checked out your first few entries and got hooked.

I have been reading a little at a time since then and looking forward to this one, the return to Dalaran, since what? Silverpine? Alterac? Whenever it was that Destron walked past some remnants of old Dalaran and reminisced a bit about having studied there.

You do a great job making me care about Destron and I really hoped he would find Emmette again. Oh man, you build up to it so well, always leaving a small doubt tht he'd actually find her, but keeping the hope alive. I have to admit I teared up at the end. I mean, granted, I'm an old man who cries easily, but you know . . . it was happy. Bittersweet, maybe, but mostly happy.

Great job man. I love your writing.
